My Review: ★★★★
I’m not entirely sure how I feel about this book.
The writing was good. The romance(s) were sweet. The Heroes were swoony. The heroine was quirky and full of personality. The emotions were raw and real.
At first, I was confused about the timeline. Was it jumping back and forth between past and future? Then I realized it’s following two alternate timelines, like at some point, through some tiny, random decision Hannah made, time forked off and sent everyone down both separate and different paths.
Then I started thinking how at some point toward the end, it would surely reveal to her that she’s living these two different lives and force her to choose. But …
I don’t know. I don’t know which path I’d have liked better. I think in one particular path, knowing what happened in the other, I don’t see it being as ideal as I normally probably would have. Does that make it any less relevant and true? I don’t know.
I guess what I’m saying is, I’m still confused, and I’m still not sure what to think, but it did, undoubtedly, make me think.
